CJC-1295 (no DAC) research overview

The catalog's “CJC-1295 (no DAC)” label is commonly used for a modified GRF(1-29)-amide material. It is not the same molecular design as CJC-1295 containing a drug-affinity-complex (DAC) group.

Evidence boundary: published research does not establish the identity or performance of a separately supplied batch. The catalog product is supplied only for qualified in vitro laboratory research and is not for human or animal use.

What is CJC-1295 (no DAC)?

Human GRF(1-29)-amide studies establish that the 29-residue fragment can stimulate growth-hormone release. Long-acting CJC-1295 publications describe a DAC-conjugated analogue and should not be used as direct evidence for a no-DAC material.

Research category
Endocrine & receptor signaling
Study models represented
Peptide chemistry and controlled human endocrine studies
Names in the literature
Modified GRF(1-29); GRF(1-29)-NH2
Primary boundary
Evidence for DAC-conjugated CJC-1295 does not establish properties of no-DAC GRF(1-29) analogues.

What does the selected evidence support?

Sequence, modification state, and analytical identity must be verified before a study is considered relevant to a particular material.

Research literature and product documentation are different

A publication describes a study and its results. A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis documents characteristics of a supplied research material. One does not substitute for the other.
