1. Research Use Only

All products sold by The Pep Labs are intended strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research organization.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase and is processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment processor. Available options can include major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay depending on the order, browser, and device.

3. Shipping

The Pep Labs ships within the United States only. Orders normally dispatch within one business day. Transit timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier-calculated rates apply below $150, and eligible orders of $150 or more receive free USPS Priority Mail.

4. Returns & Refunds

Opened, used, or partially used research materials cannot be returned. Unopened and sealed products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, less return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Visible shipping damage should be reported within seven days with the order number and clear photos. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received or the claim is confirmed. 5. SMS / Text Messaging — The Pep Labs SMS Program

The Pep Labs SMS program sends two types of messages to customers who opt in by checking the unchecked-by-default consent box on our checkout shipping form (and/or via account settings) and providing a mobile phone number: (a) order-status messages (order confirmation, shipping and tracking updates, delivery confirmation); and (b) marketing messages (abandoned-cart reminders and occasional offers). Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@thepeplabs.com. You can rejoin by replying START or by opting in again at checkout.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on thepeplabs.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Pep Labs LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Pep Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Products are provided for research purposes only and the buyer assumes all responsibility for their proper handling and use.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
